I actually haven't fussed with the AGENTS.md, nor do I give it a bunch of extra hand-holding. It just works really well by itself

Helped: Breaking site into logical features and using separate terminal tabs.

Got in the way: Claude Code was slow, verbose, and had poor adherence to instructions.
