… My entire interaction is typically short 2-3 sentences “do this and that, make sure that XYZ is ABC”, attach the files that are relevant, let it do its thing, and then manual checks/adjustments. Saves me a boatload of work tbh, as I enjoy the debugging/fixing/“getting the nuanced details right” aspect of writing code (and am pretty decent at it, I think), but absolutely dread starting from a brand new empty file.
