Helped: Asking for conceptual solutions and letting it guess why bugs weren't reproducible.
It is pretty simple to summarize the constraints of your codebase and ask for a conceptual solution, I find this much more useful than generating code. Similarly, I've saved hours or days on bug investigations by describing the bug and letting gpt guess why I couldn't reproduce it, and it was right. I can certainly believe a significant productivity drop.
